At Aviv Healthcare, we are a clinically led provider delivering bespoke, outcome-focused care packages tailored to each individual’s needs, risks, and aspirations. Our skilled support workers deliver 1:1, 2:1, and 3:1 care, supporting individuals with complex needs, stabilising placements, assisting with hospital discharges, and preventing admissions. We also provide specialist staff for Ofsted-linked and unregulated placements, alongside rapid response and crisis stabilisation services across England.
