1:1, 2:1 & 3:1 Specialist Support
Our staffing models are tailored to individual risk, complexity, and clinical need, ensuring safe, effective, and person-centred support at all times:
Ofsted & Unregulated Placement Support (Staff-Only Provision)
We provide experienced, specialist staff to support Local Authorities in delivering safe and structured care within unregulated or emergency placements, particularly where suitable registered provisions are unavailable.
Positive Behaviour Support (PBS)
PBS underpins all support delivery. It combines behavioural science with person-centred values to understand and respond to behaviours that challenge.
We recognise that behaviour is a form of communication. Through PBS, we:
- Identify unmet needs
- Reduce triggers and escalation
- Improve quality of life
We are committed to human rights-based care. Individuals are supported to exercise the same freedoms as any citizen, with dignity and respect at all times.
Our practice aligns with Restraint Reduction Network (RRN) Standards, promoting proactive approaches and reducing restrictive interventions.
