1:1, 2:1 & 3:1 Specialist Support

Our staffing models are tailored to individual risk, complexity, and clinical need, ensuring safe, effective, and person-centred support at all times:

A single dedicated support worker provides continuous, individualised care. This model is ideal for individuals who require guidance, structure, and supervision to maintain safety while promoting independence, community engagement, and daily living skills.

Two staff members provide support simultaneously. This allows for increased supervision, safer management of risk, and the ability to implement proactive interventions. It is particularly suitable for individuals who may present behaviours that challenge, require support in the community, or benefit from consistent de-escalation strategies.

Three staff members provide intensive, coordinated support for individuals with high-risk or complex presentations. This model enables safe management of significant behaviours, supports crisis stabilisation, and ensures continuity of care in highly dynamic or unpredictable environments.

All staffing models are delivered by trained professionals using Positive Behaviour Support (PBS), trauma-informed care, and evidence-based approaches, with flexibility to step up or step down as needs change.

Ofsted & Unregulated Placement Support (Staff-Only Provision)

We provide experienced, specialist staff to support Local Authorities in delivering safe and structured care within unregulated or emergency placements, particularly where suitable registered provisions are unavailable.

  • Staff-only provision for Ofsted-linked and unregulated settings
  • Rapid deployment to support emergency and short-notice placements
  • Highly trained staff experienced in behaviour support, trauma-informed care, and risk management
  • Flexible staffing models, including 1:1, 2:1, and 3:1 support

Referral Process

A clear, efficient and responsive pathway:

  1. Referral Received – Prompt review of referral information to assess urgency, risks, and support needs.
  2. Clinical Assessment – Multidisciplinary evaluation including risk, behaviour, and environmental factors.
  3. Risk & Staffing Plan (Within 24 Hours) – Bespoke plan including staffing ratios, PBS strategies, and risk management.
  4. Package Mobilisation – Rapid deployment of trained staff ensuring safe, coordinated implementation.
